From inception: obtained building and assets, managed personnel responsible for all financial functions from ‘cradle to grave’, including pricing, cost accounting, GL and statement preparation and analysis. Duties: DOD Contractor: Began as Program Financial Controller and was extensively promoted into a Senior Executive for this international corporate conglomerate. Overall responsibility for + $110M budget, over 2000 employees, the business planning process, including capital, and its implementation, and over $50M in R&D management and control. Created satellite offices, extensive domestic and international travel and relations. Extensive work with US Government contracts and Federal political and governmental offices.
